WWF-UK and WWF-International
A worldwide organisation like WWF requires a huge amount of editorial work. I have regularly written, edited and proofread for both WWF-UK and WWF-International, in my role at ngo.media and as a freelancer.
From editing dense reports to writing creative web copy, WWF know they can depend on me to deliver excellent content that strictly adheres to their editorial guidelines.
I have written news stories for www.wwf.org.uk as well as features for WWF-UK’s member magazine, Action (I wrote the Mapping success feature on page 4 and the Saviour of our seas feature on page 16 of this issue)
WWF had its 50th birthday in 2011. To celebrate, the organisation created web stories about its 50 biggest achievements. I wrote a third of the stories.
I have also edited and proofread several reports for WWF, including:
1. What wood you choose?, an investigation into UK retailers’ use of responsible timber
2. The green game-changers report, about businesses and entrepreneurs doing innovative things to tackle environmental challenges.
4. The palm oil scorecard 2011, where WWF rates companies according to how much sustainable palm oil they use.
